The platform is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, financial, medical, legal, or investment advice.

2. Information Disclaimer

UrsaClimb aggregates and synthesizes information from public sources. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of any content. Users acknowledge and accept the following:

**Content Accuracy:** Information is synthesized from third-party sources. UrsaClimb is not responsible for errors, omissions, or outdated information from those sources.
**AI-Generated Content:** Digests are created using AI (DeepSeek R1). While sophisticated, AI may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete summaries.
**User Responsibility:** You are responsible for verifying information before making decisions based on platform content.

3. Privacy & Data

We collect data including email addresses, vertical selections, reading behavior, and usage analytics to provide and improve our service. All data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We use behavioral data to personalize your digests but never sell your information to third parties or advertisers. You retain ownership of your data and can request deletion at any time.

4. User Conduct

Users must not engage in hacking, scraping, botting, or malicious activity. UrsaClimb reserves the right to suspend or block accounts violating these terms. Examples of prohibited activities include:

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other user accounts.
Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful software.
Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, graphics, logos, and software are the property of UrsaClimb and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Third-Party Services & Content

UrsaClimb aggregates content from 168+ third-party RSS sources and may link to external websites. We are not responsible for the accuracy, content, or availability of third-party sources. External links are provided for convenience. Your interactions with third-party sites are at your own risk and subject to their terms and privacy policies.

7. Service Availability

The platform is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of AI synthesis, or delivery of digests. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or vertical at any time without notice. Scheduled digest times (3am and 3pm EST) are targets and may vary due to technical issues.

8. Subscription & Billing

Paid subscriptions (Climber, Summit, Peak) are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel anytime, with access continuing until the end of your billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers. Failed payments may result in downgrade to the Free tier.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UrsaClimb shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: decisions made based on digest content, missed digests, inaccurate AI synthesis, data loss, or service interruptions. Your sole remedy is discontinuation of service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UrsaClimb, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: your use of the platform, violation of these terms, violation of third-party rights, or decisions made based on platform content.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, discontinue use and cancel your subscription.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, except where prohibited by law.
