South Carolina is at the epicenter of the nation's largest measles outbreak in more than a quarter-century. As of Feb. 13, 950 people across six counties—most of them unvaccinated children—had been infected with the highly contagious virus since October, and hundreds more have had to quarantine due to exposure.
