Colorectal cancer is the third most common cancer in the United States. Although screening has led to a decrease in incidence over the past 20 years, early-onset colorectal cancer has been rising. Despite advances in surgery and therapies, patients with metastatic colorectal cancer continue to have poor outcomes, highlighting the need for novel treatments.
