How do I calculate my pregnancy week?

Pregnancy weeks are calculated from the first day of your last menstrual period (LMP). Divide the number of days since your LMP by 7 to get your current week. For example, if it's been 140 days since your LMP, you're 20 weeks pregnant.

What is my due date?
